Brian brings extensive relative experience to the team. With over 20 years of professional construction experience, Brian's leadership and dedication to his projects is evident. Clients appreciate his results-driven approach. Brian is the market leader for our Manhattan office and services rural Kansas communities in the region. His focus on collaborative communication and emphasis on relationships ensure all client goals are achieved and consistently result in highly successful projects for all team members. Brian will play a significant role in the early stages of the project developing schedule strategies and overseeing the budgeting process.

Barry is a Western Kansas native, K-State graduate, and proud to be building in Manhattan and across central Kansas. He leads our preconstruction team to set your project up for success before the dirt ever turns. He sinks his teeth into projects and is persistent in uncovering the best plan forward-thinking about everything from schedule and budgets, to creating the best building experience for our clients.

Eric has played a crucial role in building McCownGordon's K-12 portfolio across Kansas. He has a passion for education projects and looks beyond the bricks and concrete—he cares about how the facilities impact the students. He leads project teams through renovations of occupied schools and builds new facilities for today’s education needs. Eric helps guide clients through the construction process and ensure they have a best building experience.
