An ESOP is an employee ownership structure that works similarly to a 401k, meaning it is a qualified retirement plan. Employees receive stock ownership, with additional shares distributed over time. Each has a personal account holding company shares. This structure attracts talent, boosts productivity and fosters long-term commitment. When an associate becomes fully vested, their name gets proudly added to a custom handcrafted ESOP wall.
