Description: Terracon, a geotechnical and environmental engineering firm, opted to stay in Olathe and build a new headquarters to accommodate growth. The new location is less than half a mile from its previous one and is home to 301 local employees who provide a base of operations for the firm’s 4,737 U.S. employees.
