We opened our Wichita office in 2019 in response to client demand. We are focused on engaging with the Wichita community and communities throughout Kansas, northern Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

As a Kansas-native, Mitch is the Market Leader of our Wichita regional office and leads a group of nearly 80 associates. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, he understands the importance of team expertise, effective communication and creating a proactive business atmosphere. He focuses on creating a multidimensional strategy to ensure all client goals and priorities are met.

With more than 30 years of experience working in public education, Darin is very familiar with rural communities and the important role the school plays in the dynamics of life in these Kansas communities. As Director of Business Development, he focuses on enhancing communication within the community and ensuring the support of our client's projects. His past experience allows him to view projects through the owner's perspective and truly be an advocate for our clients.

Brent Castillo

Director, Business Development

Brent brings more than 15 years of experience in the construction and architecture industry to the team. As a life-long Wichitan, he serves on various boards and committees supporting his community including Downtown Rotary and Kansas Healthcare Engineers Association. His community relationships and extensive experience allow him to advocate for client's missions and ensure goals and requirements are met.

Craig Thompson

VP, Operations

Craig brings more than 30 years of operations experience to the team, including a diverse background of executive construction oversight, design and consulting experience, and direct project management and personnel development. Leveraging this expertise, Craig leads field operations for our Kansas Business Unit.
