The company renovated a vacant space at the Aspiria campus in Overland Park to create a modern and collaborative approach to the workplace. The extensive renovation created open office space, state-of-the-art conference and training rooms, mothers’ rooms, walking-friendly private offices, gender-neutral restrooms, break areas, cafe, customer hosting spaces and outdoor and indoor bark parks for employees’ pets.
The new headquarters provides Hill’s employees with a well-being-focused work environment and offers additional growth opportunities for the entire company.
