The Prairie Village City Hall and Police Department have outgrown their current facilities. To address their growing operational needs, McCownGordon partnered with the City of Prairie Village and Clark & Enersen to construct a new city hall and renovate the existing police department.

The new city hall will target LEED Platinum certification, while the court addition will aim for LEED Gold certification. The facility will prioritize energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable materials. Key features include solar panels and innovative water-saving technologies.

Upon completion in February 2026, the project will provide expanded space and improved functionality for staff and members, creating a modern, sustainable facility that will serve the city for years to come.
