Barry leaves no stone unturned when it comes to construction projects. He looks at client projects from every angle to develop cost-effective solutions so you get the most out of your project in alignment with your goals and vision.

Leveraging nearly 40 years of construction management experience, Bret truly belongs on a construction jobsite where he serves as the "boots on the ground". He takes pride in a clean and organized jobsite which results in efficiency and productivity

Brian's favorite movie is Rambo, and we’re pretty sure it’s because he himself is a real-life hero having served as an officer in the US Army. Now Brian is responsible for a whole team of project management troops who provide unmatched customer service.

Clinton is always one step ahead on projects. His clients rave about his proactive communication and impeccable job sites.

Coleman grew up driving construction trucks: Tonka trucks that is! The rest is history. Coleman believes in always being proactive and staying one step ahead on the project site. He is an excellent project leader on jobsites for our Manhattan office.

Craig brings more than 30 years of operations experience to the team, including a diverse background of executive construction oversight, design and consulting experience, and direct project management and personnel development.

With many years of experience working in public education, Darin is familiar with rural communities and their importance. A little-known fact about Darin: his basement got a makeover by the TLC TV-show MAKING IT HOME.

Dawn’s career spans 20 years primarily focusing on healthcare construction. She understands the inner workings of these facilities and knows forming relationships with all departments is essential to success.

Whether she’s working out the details of a mechanical system or working out on our Peloton bike, Emily is a dedicated hard worker. She leads our Building Performance Solutions department, which specializes in MEP, VDC, and Commissioning services.

Eric has played a crucial role in building McCownGordon's K-12 portfolio across Kansas. He has a passion for education projects and looks beyond the bricks and concrete—he cares about how the facilities impact the students.

Erin strategically positions our teams to pursue and win work. In her opinion, Wichita is the perfect blend of big and small cities - it offers everything you need with little traffic. She’s excited to see the city and McCownGordon evolve over the next 20 years.

Growing up, Heather worked and played on the family farm, driving a combine before she even had her learner’s permit. Working on a construction site with large equipment suits her just fine. Outside of work, you can find her out at the lake camping with her husband

This OSHA expert ensures everyone goes home safe by overseeing the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans, training, enforcement of safety requirements, safety incentive programs, jobsite inspections, and other risk management procedures.

Jamie lives and breathes manufacturing and brings unparalleled expertise to the table having started his career in operations. Based in DFW, Jamie works with clients across the country to understand their goals and ensure McCownGordon delivers results.

With extensive experience in financial planning, Jeff assists in evaluating strategic direction for the entire company. Most mornings, this workout buff can be found in our gym, but sometimes his routine appears to involve drinking coffee and watching the news.

This go-getter brings more than 30 years of experience leading projects across the state of Kansas. His strong and effective project management skills have been proven time and time again.

John is an exceptional manager of our field operations. In fact, he was recognized internally for our “Living our Values” award for exhibiting our core value of Integrity in everything he does. John runs a streamlined project and has fun along the way.

John brings an unmatched work ethic that positively impacts his job sites. He ensures the team executes flawlessly and delivers high quality projects on time and on budget.

Jon drives projects to success through his detail-oriented and team approach. He is able to focus on operational efficiencies to deliver clients high quality projects that meet their goals and vision.

Focused on the higher education market, she serves as the conduit in connecting subject matter experts with clients and uncovering project solutions to deliver the best building experience.

Having served as Executive Director of Operations for a large Kansas school district, Kris can truly see the project through the client lens. He understands the inner workings of schools and is ready to apply his knowledge to your project.

Kyle's project management style is disciplined, well-organized and consistent. From start to finish, he adheres to engaged communication, and is continually seen as a leader. This K-Stater has in-depth knowledge of the Manhattan and surrounding area market.

Melanie doesn’t back down from a challenge, making her perfectly suited for the role of preconstruction manager. We bet her determination comes from working on the family farm. It probably came in handy during competitive rowing for the University of Kansas, too.

Mike leads the preconstruction process working collaboratively with the team. His depth of experience and knowledge of market trends allow him to help uncover creative cost-saving solutions and brings a great deal of value to the team.

Even though Mike believes you shouldn’t rush to get older, you may have to slow him down… when he’s talking. This superintendent is a professional auctioneer on the side.

This outgoing, energetic and motivated Kansas-native leads our office in Wichita, Kansas. Mitch’s favorite day on the job is attending a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and he is especially excited about the ribbon cutting for Derby High School (his own alma-mater)!

Nancy is a true innovator when it comes to talent management, leadership development, associate relations, and organizational development. When she’s not working, you can find Nancy boating on the lake with her family.

Ramin plays an integral role in establishing McCownGordon as a leader in delivering client-focused construction management services. When he’s not busy with CEO duties, this avid photographer might be framing a perfect shot or kicking back with his wife and kids.

Ryan brings a valuable and unique perspective to the team as both a licensed architect and attorney. While Ryan says he is all business and doesn’t need a fun fact, in his spare time you’ll find him planning for his next vacation adventure with his wife and kids.

Sarah serves the HR needs of the entire Kansas team. Her people-oriented approach and dependability make her an asset to all associates when navigating different needs.

Sheri leads the overall marketing strategy and implementation, building our brand and setting us up well for strategic growth. Outside of work, Sheri spends her time watching college football or on the hunt for the best burger in KC with her husband and two sons.

Steve provides support to ensure your project runs smoothly. He also leads our field operations, self-perform, warehouse/logistics, QA/QC and scheduling teams. What keeps this Jamaica-native relaxed through the week? Working out and being with his family and dogs.

Tim has a wealth of construction knowledge to the team. He understands that upfront communication is the key to delivering successful projects.

Bringing more than two decades of experience to the table, Todd’s team leadership ensures project success. He is a client advocate and keeps all parties informed every step of the way.

Todd leads the firm’s offices in Kansas. His distinctive approach creates an entrepreneurial atmosphere and a never give-up attitude to client service. We think he gets his motivation from his favorite movies: Rudy, Hoosiers and other classic sports movies.
