Project Case Study
This 12-acre, multi-phased project will transform the land between 59th and 60th Street in Kansas City, Missouri, into a modern residential campus. Swope Health Village aims to address the city’s growing need for expanded mental health services, integrated care models, and community-based support for individuals with mental health conditions. The campus will feature 200 units of senior affordable housing, 75 units of mental health housing, comprehensive healthcare services, community gardens, and a community center.
With a strong focus on health equity, this project seeks to reduce disparities, improve access to supportive care resources, drive economic development by creating new jobs, and equipping community members with the tools and support needed to thrive.
