The newly constructed City Hall and Municipal Campus will boast a variety of office spaces, conference rooms, break rooms, council chambers, and a fully covered paver patio. The building will feature painted TPO roofing for protection, metal wall accents on the exterior, copper cladding, and radiused window walls to enhance its aesthetic appeal. Given its high-profile location in the heart of Richardson, numerous custom treatments have been incorporated to ensure the space remains unique. Additionally, tree protection during construction was a top priority for the client, requiring meticulous attention to logistics details.
