Student-Centered Spaces

The facility offers open and enclosed meeting spaces, a multipurpose room, coffee shop, maker space, and dedicated areas for student success and support. Located south of the Havener Center and connected by a sky bridge, the two-story building strengthens the campus core and expands access to programs and activities. The basement houses S&T’s fourth geothermal plant, advancing the University’s sustainability goals.

Safety-Driven Execution

Construction required close coordination with the university and other contractors to manage multiple concurrent arrival court projects on an active campus. Student and staff safety remained the highest priority while maintaining clear campus access. Keeping the loading dock operational throughout added complexity, and our technology team provided comprehensive drone documentation of the entire Arrival District to support progress tracking and communication.

Recruitment-Ready Design

Serving as a cornerstone of the Arrival District, the Student Experience Center helps drive recruitment and retention by delivering a student experience that is navigable, memorable, and inspiring.
